定例会　/　Regular Meeting

定例会は現在、第１、第３日曜日の月２回行われています。サイババ様の御教えや聖典を学ぶ学習会「スタディーサークル」を行い、神をたたえる歌「バジャン」を皆で歌います。

Regular meetings are currently held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, The learning meeting in wich we learn Sai Baba's teaching and sacred books is called ‘Study Circle’. And Singing glory of God is called ‘Bhajan’ .These two activities are held in Regular meetings.

「スタディーサークル」の目的は、サイババ様の御教えに根ざした人格への変容です。この学習会を定期的に行うことで、参加者はサイババ様についての本を読み、それを自分で熟考して理解し、日々の生活に生かすことを学びます。その日のテーマについてのサイババ様の御言葉を聞くだけでなく、参加者一人ひとりがどのようにそれを考え、実践しているか、そしてその実践の結果について話し合うことは、とても参考になります。サイババ様は、すべてのサイセンターでスタディーサークルを行いなさいと言われています。

The purpose of ‘Study Circle’is to transform one's character into it based on Sai Baba's teachings. By having ‘Study Circle’ regularly, each participant read books about Sai Baba, contemplate and understand his teaching by themselves and learn how to make full use of it in everyday life. Participants not only listen to Sai Baba's words according to each day's theme, but also talk about how perceive Sai Baba's teachings, how practice it in real life and the result of the practices. It is very helpful to do these in ‘Study Circle’. Sai Baba said all sai centers must organize ‘Study Circle’.

「バジャン」とは神への賛歌のことです。それは神への祈りを歌い、神の栄光や慈愛をたたえ、神の恩寵が注がれることを請う行為です。サイババ様は、このカリユガの時代（現代）にあっては、人間が救われるための手段は、ただ神の御名を唱えること以外にないと言われます。この世界は過剰な刺激に満ち溢れており、心を神に集中して平安を得るのは難しいことですが、神の御名を繰り返すことで容易になります。バジャンは歌う人と聞く人の心を動かし、清め、神々を悦ばせます。また、バジャンから生まれる神聖なバイブレーションは大気に浸透し、汚れた空気を浄化します。今の時代は悪い想念や悪い感情によって大気が汚染されていますが、神の栄光を歌うとき、抗生物質を投与したときのように大気中の悪い菌は破壊され、空気は清められます。このようにバジャンはとても有益な霊性修行です。

‘Bhajan’is devotional songs for God. It is a process of singing prayer to God, prasing His glory and mercy and asking for grace of God. Sai Baba said in this Kali Yuga (present time) there is no way for human to be saved apart from chanting God's name, As this world has full of extreme stimulation, it is difficult for us to have peace and have our mind focusing on God, However it becomes easy by repeating the name of God. ‘Bhajan’ moves and sanctifies both hearts of singers and listeners, and pleases Gods. As well as this, the holy vibration comes from ‘Bhajan’spreads into the atmosphere and cleanses the polluted air. In this world bad thoughts and bad emotion pollute the atmosphere. However, wherever we sing the glory of God, it cleanses the atmosphere and destroyed bad bacteria like administration of antibiotics . As things written before, ‘Bhajan’is very useful spiritual practice.

ナ-ラ-ヤナセヴァ　/　Narayana Seva

現在、第１、第３土曜日の月２回行われています。ナ-ラ-ヤナセヴァとはナ-ラ-ヤナ（神々）にセヴァ（無私の奉仕）を捧げるという意味です。ナ-ラ-ヤナセヴァでは路上生活をされている方々に配食奉仕活動を行います。サイババ様はナ-ラ-ヤナセヴァについて次のように言われています。「最高のセヴァは飢えている者に食物を与えることです。あなた方が行っているのは慈善行為ではありません。あなた方はただ、人の姿をとった神々に食物を捧げることによって、神に感謝を捧げているだけなのです」。セヴァは万物に内在する神への奉仕であり、人間の心を浄化するための最良の方法です。

‘Narayana Seva’ is currently held on the 1st and the 3rd Saturdays, twice a month. The meanig of ‘Narayana Seva’ is to offter ‘Seva’ (selfless service) to ‘Narayana’(Gods). In ‘Narayana Seva’ activity we distribute food to people who live on streets. Sai Baba says about ‘Narayana Seva’ as follows, “The greatest seva is to distribute food to people who are starving. what you do is not charitable activity. You only offer thanks to Gods by offering food to Gods who have human looking” Seva is the service to God indwelling all creation and it is the best way to sanctify people's mind.

青年部　/　Youth Wing

１８歳から３５歳までの青年で構成されています。未来の世界を担う青年たちがサイババ様の御教えをより深く理解するためのさまざまな活動を行っています。第１、第３日曜日のAM9：00～AM10：30に定例活動（バジャン、スタディーサークル）が行われています。

The Youth Wing cosists of young people aged from 18 to 35. Youth Wing regular meeting (bhajan and study circle) is held on 1st　and 3rd Sundays from AM9:00～AM10:30.

バルヴィカス　/　Bal Vikus

サイババ様の帰依者の子どもたちのために行われる霊性教育プログラムです。真理、正義、平安、愛、非暴力の五大価値がサイババ様の御教えの真髄であり、これらの価値をどのようにして日常生活で実践するかを学びます。第3日曜日のAM10：00～AM11：00まで行われています。

Bal Vikus is the spiritual educationg program for Sai devotee's children. The five main value of Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-Violence is the quintessence of Sai Baba's teachings. Children learn how to act in real life based on these values. Bal Vikus is held on 3rd Sundays from AM10:00～AM11:00

ヴェーダの練習　/　Practice of Veda

ヴェーダはインド最古の聖典群です。サイアヴァター（神の化身であるサイババ様）がこの世に降臨された主目的は「正しい行いを護るため」、「帰依者を護るため」、「ヴェーダを養成するため」、「古典学者を養成するため」の4つであると言われています。現在、名古屋センターでは月に２回、第１、第３日曜日の10:30-11:30にヴェーダ詠唱の練習を行っています。

Veda is the earliest sacred books of India. Sai Avatar(Sai Baba who is Incarnation of God) says the reason for His decent upont the earth, “to uphold righteousness, to protect devotees, to cultivate Veda, to develop classicists” In Nagoya center we currently practice chanting Veda twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from AM 10:30～AM11:30
