名古屋センター発足記念祭 / Inauguration anniversary of Nagoya center1997年2月にSSOJ名古屋センターが発足した事を記念して行われる記念行事です。
This is the anniversary to commemorate the inauguration of Nagoya center in Feb. 1997.
マハーシャヴァラトリ / Maha Shivarathriシヴァラトリはマグハ月（ヒンドゥー暦）に月が欠け始めて14日目に行われます。‘シヴァラトリ’という言葉は吉兆の夜という意味です。ヒンドゥー教の信仰によると、月は心をつかさどる神であり、月の16相は心の16の側面を象徴しています。新月の前日にあたるシヴァラトリの日には、月はごくわずかしか見えません。これは心が減少する作用を象徴しており、15の側面が自己に溶け込んでしまえば1つの側面のみが残ります。そのため、この日は心をコントロールして神に向けることが容易なのです。それゆえ、アートマ（真我）の実現のために心の気まぐれが完全に抑制され超越されるように、この夜は神を黙想し、崇拝して夜6時から翌朝の6時まで夜を徹してバジャンを行います。この日一日真剣に霊性修行を行うことによって、一年間霊性修行を重ねただけの成果が得られると言われています。
It falls on the 14th day of the (Krishna Paksha) dark fortnight of the Magha month of the Hindu calendar. The very word ‘Shivarathri’ means auspicious night. According to Hindu belief, the moon is the presiding deity of the mind and the 16 phases of the moon represent the 16 aspects of the mind. On Shivarathri, which falls a day prior to the new moon, only a streak of the moon is visible. This is symbolic of the waning influence of the mind, when 15 aspects have already merged in the Self and only one aspect remains. Hence on this day, it is easier to control the mind and direct it towards God. Therefore, the night is spent in contemplation and adoration of God, so that the vagaries of the mind can be totally subdued and transcended to attain realization of the Atman. From PM6:00 till AM6:00 we sing all-night bhajan. It is said that we can get the result of sadhana as much as a year spiritual practice by doing sadhana enthusiastically on this day.
サーダナ キャンプ / Sadhana Camp年に１回テーマを決めて、泊りがけで集中的にサーダナ（霊性修行）を行うキャンプです。

Once a year we organaize overnight sadhana(spiritual practice) camp concentrating on sadhana with chosen theme.
Note: Accomodation charge and meal expense are billed at cost.
グローバル アカンダ バジャン / Global Akhanda Bhajanサイババ様の御降誕祭の一環として、11月の第2土曜日と日曜日に世界中のサティア サイ センターで全人類の平和と調和と幸福を祈り、24時間連続でバジャンが行われます。
As part of the birthday celebrations of Bhagawan Baba, on the second Saturday-Sunday in November, Bhajans (devotional singing) are conducted continuously for 24 hours at all Sathya Sai Centres on a global level praying for peace, harmony and bliss to all mankind.
サティア サイババ様御降誕祭 / Birthday Celebrationサイババ様の御降誕を記念して、毎年11月23日に行われる記念祭です。
On 23rd of November, we celebrate every year the anniversary of the Advent of our Lord Sai amongst us.
クリスマス セヴァ / Christmas Sevaクリスマスに施設や病院などを訪問し、歌や劇などを披露して楽しんでいただく奉仕活動です。
On Christamas day, we visit facilities or hospitals to entertain people with songs and plays.
